Outside Nigeria: Courier/Logistics Company, we can also deliver to your agent/driver within Lagos and Nigeria, You can also send for pick up.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please ensure you are familiar with sizing when purchasing a packaging container, and be sure about the details of what you need a particular machine for before purchasing. Feel free to ask questions for clarity and we would be glad to help.
All complaints should be sent within 2 days of receipt/delivery.
Items are eligible for exchange or return, within 3 days of receipt which is only subject to if a mistake was made from our end (E.g you receive a wrong item, sold out)
Refunds are only available in a situation when an item is sold out, in the absence of this all sales are final but with exceptions to the case as discussed above for exchange or returns.
